Warranty Terms

The IPC-Computer warranty does not affect the statutory warranty period.

• Private end consumers from Germany
• Business customers, provided you were a registered dealer with IPC-Computer at the time of purchase

• Free repair or replacement of the product.
• The product can be replaced with a refurbished used one.

• Any modifications or tampering with the device by third parties other than the manufacturer
• Products that were purchased used
• Improper installation, storage, or maintenance
• Improper use of the product
• Operation outside of the manufacturer's tolerances
• Abuse, mechanical damage, overvoltage, negligence
• Force majeure
• Invalid proof of purchase
• Use of non-original accessories
• Products that were provided free of charge
• Lost, discarded, or stolen products
• Products that are out of the warranty period
• Loss of data
• Product wear and tear due to use over time
• For IPC-Computer notebook batteries, an 80% capacity is guaranteed for a period of 2 years from the start of the warranty

• Lithium-Ion - More than 500 charge cycles
• Lithium-Polymer - More than 300 charge cycles

To take advantage of the extended warranty, the warranty extension must be purchased through the IPC Shop.

The warranty can only be claimed by providing the following information.

• Serial number of the affected product
• Description of the defect
• It may also be necessary to return the defective product

The warranty period will neither be extended nor renewed by any warranty service rendered.
